Well tonight we got the first of two phone calls that we have been dreading.

Ron, Jills husband, past away next to his wife in Nobles Hospital.

Ron was a great friend, and a really special person, he loved Jill to the end and it was so nice that they let him spend his last night with Jill, it was so nice for them to be together.

To an old friend, you are going to be missed, I never knew you as long as Sue and Gerry, but you were so kind to me, and ever so kind to Jill, we will miss you running around after her, you were a trooper and the best of husband to her, your stories will be missed, and the fond times we had with you in the garden or down at the Calf of Man, I hope that you knew we all loved you, you were not just a husband to Jill, but also the best of friends and more importantly part of a loving family.

Sleep well old friend, we will miss you x
